2. Membership Terms
2.1 Registration and Account
To join the Storage Finder Membership Program, storage facility owners or their authorized representatives must:
- Complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information about the facility and business.
- Create an account with a valid email address and secure password.
- Maintain and promptly update account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of account credentials.
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under the account.
2.2 Membership Period and Renewal
Unless otherwise specified:
- Membership fees are billed monthly or annually, depending on the selected payment option.
- Memberships automatically renew until canceled by the member.
- Members must provide notice of cancellation at least 30 days before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
- Storage Finder reserves the right to modify membership fees with 60 days' notice to existing members.
2.3 Facility Content and Information
Members agree to:
- Provide accurate, truthful, and non-misleading information about their storage facility.
- Upload only photographs that genuinely represent their facility.
- Maintain current pricing and availability information.
- Update facility information promptly when changes occur.
- Respect intellectual property rights and only use content they own or have permission to use.
3. Member Responsibilities
3.1 Customer Interactions
Members are responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries received through Storage Finder within 24 business hours.
- Honoring prices and promotions advertised on their Storage Finder listing.
- Providing the level of service and amenities described in their listing.
- Managing their own customer relationships, contracts, and payments.
3.2 Prohibited Activities
Members must not:
- Engage in false advertising or deceptive marketing practices.
- Use Storage Finder to advertise services other than legitimate self-storage solutions.
- Attempt to circumvent Storage Finder's fee structure or lead tracking.
- Harass, discriminate against, or unfairly treat potential customers.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations related to storage facility operations.
4. Storage Finder's Services and Responsibilities
Storage Finder agrees to:
- Maintain a functional, accessible platform for users to find storage facilities.
- Display member listings according to the features of their selected membership tier.
- Provide reasonable technical support for account management.
- Forward customer inquiries to members promptly.
- Make commercially reasonable efforts to promote the platform to potential storage customers.
Storage Finder does not guarantee:
- A specific number of leads, inquiries, or bookings.
- Particular search rankings except as defined by paid membership tiers.
- The platform will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.
5. Termination and Suspension
5.1 Termination by Member
Members may terminate their membership by:
- Providing written notice to Storage Finder at least 30 days before the next billing date.
- Using the cancellation function in their account dashboard.
5.2 Termination or Suspension by Storage Finder
Storage Finder may suspend or terminate a membership if the member:
- Fails to pay membership fees when due.
- Provides false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
- Violates these Membership Terms or the general Terms of Use.
- Engages in behavior that could damage Storage Finder's reputation or business.
- Becomes insolvent, ceases operations, or is subject to bankruptcy proceedings.
Storage Finder will provide notice of termination or suspension except in cases of serious violations or legal requirements.
6. Privacy and Data
Storage Finder will:
- Handle member data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Share customer inquiries and lead information with the relevant member.
- Not share member-specific performance data with competitors.
Members acknowledge that aggregated, anonymized data may be used by Storage Finder for industry reports, platform improvements, and marketing purposes.
7. Modifications to Membership Terms
Storage Finder reserves the right to modify these Membership Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via:
- Email to the registered account address.
- Notifications in the member dashboard.
- Updates on our website.
Continued use of the membership services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Dispute Resolution
