By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

2. Our Services
Storage Finder provides a platform that connects users with self storage facilities across the United Kingdom. Our Services include:
- A directory of self storage facilities organized by region and city
- Search functionality to find storage facilities by location
- Information about storage facilities, including contact details, services offered, and prices where available
- Tools to compare different storage options
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about storage facilities; however, we do not own, operate, or control any storage facilities listed on our platform. We are a third-party information provider and cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information presented.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
Some features of our Services may require you to create an account. When you create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep this information updated.
3.2 Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of our Services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
4. User Content

4.3 Content Monitoring
We do not actively monitor User Content but reserve the right to review and remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable for any reason, without prior notice.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Intellectual Property
The Services, including all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, graphics, images, logos, and icons) are owned by Storage Finder, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 Limited License to Users
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any right to:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
5.3 License Termination
This license will terminate if you violate any of these restrictions, and we may terminate this license at any time. Upon termination of this license, you must cease any download or use of materials obtained from our Services.
6. Prohibited Activities
In addition to other restrictions outlined in these Terms, you agree that you will not:
- Use the Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Services or interfere with any other party's use of the Services

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, resources, or services that are not owned or controlled by Storage Finder. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
You acknowledge and agree that Storage Finder shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.
8. Storage Providers
Storage Finder is not a storage provider and does not own, operate, or control any of the storage facilities listed on our platform. We provide information about storage facilities as a service to our users.
Any transactions, agreements, or other relationships you enter into with storage providers are solely between you and the provider. We are not a party to such transactions or relationships and disclaim all liability arising from or relating to such transactions or relationships.
We encourage you to thoroughly review all terms, conditions, and policies provided by any storage provider before entering into any agreement with them.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services, or you may contact us to request account deletion.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STORAGE FINDER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
STORAGE FINDER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, OR THAT ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICES WILL BE CORRECTED.
STORAGE FINDER MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE QUALITY, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, TRUTHFULNESS, COMPLETENESS OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OR CONTENT ON THE SERVICES.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STORAGE FINDER, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES;
- ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES;
- ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; AND
- UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT;
WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
IN JURISDICTIONS WHERE THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES IS NOT ALLOWED, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Storage Finder, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Services' content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Services.
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Jurisdiction
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
13.3 Informal Dispute Resolution
Before filing a claim against Storage Finder, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. We'll try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days of submission, you or Storage Finder may bring a formal proceeding.
14. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Services.
15. General Terms
15.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Storage Finder regarding our Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning our Services.
15.2 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Storage Finder.
15.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
15.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without Storage Finder's prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and of no effect. Storage Finder may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
